once again, the in-laws take baby duty so my lovely wife and i can enjoy a night out at the cinema. i was eager to see this in hfr but was let down by my local cinema not showing that format as the film had been on release for three weeks. i do not understand why that would be a reason. sadly i didn't get that info until i'd already gone 3d in the hope of catching hfr. i've never been particularly sold on 3d as the movie format of the future. my mind is not yet made up on hfr. i guess i'll be waiting longer still. anyway, fuck that. i went to see the latest part of the the hobbit and i bloody... read more
