Alright, so I finally caught The Flash and I have some thoughts. It's a wild ride, trying its hand at the Flashpoint storyline, and it's definitely an interesting take. But let's get real, it's not all sunshine and rainbows.

First things first, some of the dialogue is downright cringe-worthy. I mean, seriously? Did they not have anyone to do a final check before filming? And let's not even talk about the CGI. It's so bad that it's almost laughable. I mean, come on, guys, we're in 2023, and we've seen some mind-blowing special effects. Can't we do read more

Putting the controversy aside, this was actually a pretty good film. Everyone was great in it, the 2 Barrys thing did not annoy me, and supergirl was so cool. Please put the controversies aside and watch the damn thing because its good. read more

The lead actor is garbage, the CGI looks like it's from a early 2000s game and it's about 30-40 minutes longer than it's plot but Michael Keaton is Batman so I'm good. Everytime Keaton was onscreen I had a smile on my face so that definitely affected my rating. It plays out like you expect, you can't change the past yadda yadda. It's not a movie I'd rewatch anytime soon but it's worth a watch. Ben Afflecks Batman looks like Miller's Dark Knight luckily Mary Sue aka Wonder Woman is there to save him. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd act are all completely different movies with entirely different supporting casts and plots that have just been stitched together. You may think that the last 10 minutes serves as a conclusion to one of these movies. It doesn't. It's a surprise fourth movie, and then the end credits scene is back to the first again (?) It actually came out. Nlg, I really enjoyed this film. I heard complaints about the CGI but it didn't annoy me, tbh. There were some cool shots and the bad CGI is mainly in the Speed Force, which I could accept. I do wish that they changed the plot with Zod to a more personal storyline with Barry. They could still have the important events happen with a different plot. Nontheless, it does what the Flashpoint story does: Make Barry see how his mother's death isn't something that can be fixed. read more

60 I'm an absolute sucker for The Flash and it's lore, especially Flashpoint. Obviously, I'm very disappointed that the live action Flashpoint was nothing that I expected it would be. Far far from it. Additionally, Ezra Miller. Aside from the scandals and the things they've done, I straight up did not enjoy their performance of Barry. It doesn't work at all and was one of the worst parts of the film. Can't wait for 30 years from now when we get a new Flashpoint adaptation that is good :/ read more
