“We’re outlaws … we’re going to change the world!”
Fabulous opening episode to this bioseries. The whole ethos is on-point, the casting rocks, the costume and surroundings believable and the music sings. Superb condensed portrayal of Steve Jones’ working-class, broken-home background causing his inferiority complex, arrogant exterior and need to be loved which propels him.

Toby Wallace and Sydney Chandler are completely believable as Jones and Chrissie Hynde with raw energy and charisma.

The soundtrack is, not unexpectedly, magnificent, dripping with nostalgia and in-your-face!
